Casa das Condessinhas is a charming guest house located in the historic center of Lousã, in central Portugal, 30 kilometers from Coimbra.

It has eight themed double rooms, in the main house, and five T1 apartments and one T2 apartment, in the new wing.

In addition to the reception, it has a living room with a piano, fireplace and interior garden, a dining area, where breakfast is served, a terrace with a wood oven and barbecue, a meeting room, a play area, a gym, a sauna , outdoor swimming pool, children's playground, biological backyard with aromatic herbs available and parking with an E-charge point, for guests staying in apartments/rooms (subject to availability).

The entire space was built and created with the aim of providing moments of tranquility, relaxation and unique experiences, whether you are on vacation or on business, creating a perfect symbiosis between the entire building and the green of Serra da Lousã, which is assiduous presence on all windows and balconies.

This house, although not inherited, has a lot of history to tell. Before the current owners, the house was inhabited by several generations of families, including Lawyer Ulisses Cortês, Secretary and Minister of Oliveira Salazar and one of the first Presidents of Caixa Geral de Depósitos in Lisbon. One of the founders of the Filarmónica Lousanense also resided in this house.

In the process of rebuilding the property, all possible walls and objects were reused as much as possible. In the reception, living room and dining room you can see the original walls from the house's construction period and its facade.

Much documentation has been saved, including love letters, musical scores, books, magazines, which are now on display in the various areas of the property.
